For industrial grade products, it is 3 years.
We do lifetime technical support if the models are from Olycom company.
4. Can I have my own packing box?
Yes, the standard packing box does have not have Chinese letters or logo.
Its fine to customize your own version like putting your logo, model name or slogans on it.
Warranty
1 year for commercial products and 3 years for industrial products.
